HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
On average:
Premium Express Shipping: ~2-5 business days
Standard Shipping: ~10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? Does shipping include customs duties and fees?
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? Does shipping include customs duties and fees?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — look for current promos on our homepage!
Does shipping include customs fees?
It depends on the shipping option chosen:
If using DHL Premium Express Shipping (DDP), all duties and taxes are included. The total you pay at checkout is final, with no additional charges upon delivery.
If using Standard International Shipping (non-DDP), customs fees are not included. Please note that duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local customs depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Note: Customs policies vary by country, and while we aim to make shipping as smooth as possible, we cannot control how local authorities assess fees for non-DDP shipments. While we do our best to help you avoid additional charges — for example, staying within common duty-free limits (e.g. ₱10,000 for the Philippines, AUD $1,000 for Australia, £135 for the UK) — customs policies vary by country, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
See our Shipping Policy and Guide here.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information. GLOWBOX is not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or charges incurred upon arrival in the destination country.

Rest assured, even if your items arrive on different days, the rest of your order is on its way.
