WHAT CURRENCY DO I PAY IN?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & DOES IT INCLUDE CUSTOMS, TAXES AND IMPORT FEES?

Customs, Duties & Local Shipping Fees

If using DHL Premium Worldwide Express Shipping (DDP):
All duties and taxes are included in your checkout total. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

If using Standard International Shipping (DDU/non-DDP):
Import duties, taxes, and any related charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and may be collected by local customs depending on local regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may still apply even on promotional or “free shipping” orders. Please confirm your country’s import rules before purchase.

GLOWBOX KOREA is not liable for parcels that are:

  • Refused or returned by customs due to unpaid duties
  • Delayed due to incomplete or incorrect documentation and address
  • Returned due to failure to follow import procedures

Orders returned for any of these reasons are non-refundable.


Duty-Free Allowance (De Minimis Value)

  • DHL Premium Worldwide Express Shipping (DDP): All duties and taxes are included, so your order is not affected by local duty-free thresholds.
  • Standard International Shipping (non-DDP): We try to ship orders below your country’s customs threshold to help you avoid extra charges. If your order exceeds this value, consider placing multiple smaller orders. It is your responsibility to confirm your country’s import rules before purchase.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information. GLOWBOX is not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or charges incurred upon arrival in the destination country.

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE BOXES?

For international orders, we always try to consolidate your items into one package whenever possible to reduce shipping costs. However, depending on the size, weight, or sourcing location of certain products, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes.

If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Rest assured, even if your items arrive on different days, the rest of your order is on its way.
