1. General Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped from South Korea, and in some cases, from our warehouse in the destination country.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. If delays occur, you’ll be notified within that period.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. If such an address is entered, the system may warn you—but if checkout is completed, your order will be processed normally.
- During peak sales or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.
- Delivery Time: Premium Express Shipping typically takes 3-10 business days; Regular shipping averages 10–25 business days.
2. Free Shipping Policy
- Current Promotion: FREE DHL Worldwide Express Shipping on $150+ (US & International) — average 3–10 business days.
- Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated based on the destination country.
- Premium Express Shipping typically takes 3-10 business days; Regular shipping averages 10–25 business days.
- All shipping methods include tracking numbers.
3. Payment & Currency Conversion
At GLOWBOX, your security is our top priority. We provide a wide range of trusted, secure payment options so you can shop with ease and confidence from anywhere in the world. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant gateways certified to the highest global standards and protected with advanced, industry-standard encryption protocols. This ensures your personal and payment information remains private and secure.
Paypal: Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account.
Credit/Debit Cards: Major international credit and debit cards are accepted through Eximbay Global Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and more. All card payments are encrypted and processed securely.
E-Wallets: After selecting the Eximbay Global Payments button at checkout, the Alipay+ option will appear. From there, you can pay securely and conveniently using GCash, Dana, or Touch ’n Go e-wallets.
Komoju (Konbini) : コンビニ決済 for customers in Japan, pay securely at convenience stores or via local payment options.
While our website may display prices in your local currency using a real-time converter for your convenience, please note that all charges are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Your selected payment gateway may allow you to pay in your local currency; however, conversion rates and any fees are set by your bank or card issuer, so the final amount charged may differ slightly from the displayed price. Minor differences can also occur due to exchange-rate fluctuations at the time of payment.
4. IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS, TAXES
If using DHL Premium Express Shipping (DDP):
All duties and taxes are included in your checkout total. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
If using Standard International Shipping (DDU- Delivered Duties Unpaid/ non-DDP):
Import duties, taxes, and any related charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and may be collected by local customs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may still apply even on promotional or “free shipping” orders.
GLOWBOX KOREA is not liable for parcels that are:
- Refused or returned by customs due to unpaid duties
- Delayed due to incomplete or incorrect documentation and address
- Returned due to failure to follow import procedures
Orders returned for any of these reasons are non-refundable.
5. Duty-Free Allowance (De Minimis Value)

DHL Premium Express Shipping (DDP): All duties and taxes are included, so your order is not affected by local duty-free thresholds.

Standard International Shipping (DDU/non-DDP): We try to ship orders below your country’s customs threshold to help you avoid extra charges. If your order exceeds this value, consider placing multiple smaller orders. It is your responsibility to confirm your country’s import rules before purchase.

6. 🛃 Import Permits & Customs Responsibility
As GLOWBOX ships internationally from Korea, import regulations vary by country.
The customer (recipient) is considered the importer of record and is solely responsible for complying with all local import laws and requirements.
This includes:
Obtaining any required import permits, licenses, or approvals
Ensuring products meet local regulatory standards
Providing any documentation requested by customs authorities
GLOWBOX KOREA does not handle or obtain import permits on behalf of customers.
GLOWBOX is not responsible for customs clearance delays, additional documentation requirements, or shipment rejections by customs authorities.
We strongly recommend that customers check with their local customs office or regulatory authority prior to placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
⚠️ Refused or Rejected Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, refused, or rejected due to import regulations or missing permits:
The order may be returned or disposed of by customs
Any resulting costs (including return shipping or handling fees) will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Address & Order Changes
- Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or unavailable recipients are non-refundable.
- Please double-check your full address and zip code before checkout.
- Order modifications are only possible before payment. Once payment is processed, changes cannot be made.
- Minor address corrections (e.g., typos or spacing) may be applied by GLOWBOX KOREA to ensure smooth delivery.
