At GLOWBOX KOREA, we are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review the following before placing your order.
1. General Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped from South Korea, and in some cases, from our warehouse in the destination country.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. If delays occur, you’ll be notified within that period.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. If such an address is entered, the system may warn you—but if checkout is completed, your order will be processed normally.
- During peak sales or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.
- Delivery Time: Premium Express Shipping typically takes 3-10 business days; Regular Shipping averages 14–30 business days.
2. Free Shipping Policy
- Current Promotion: FREE Worldwide Premium Express Shipping on orders $99+ — average 3–10 business days.
- Shipping costs for orders below $99 are calculated based on the destination country.
- Premium Express Shipping typically takes 3-10 business days; Regular Shipping averages 14–30 business days.
- All shipping methods include tracking numbers.
3. Payment & Currency Conversion
- While prices may be shown in your local currency using our real-time currency converter, the final charge will be processed in USD.
- Slight differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment.
- GLOWBOX currently offers three secure payment options: PayPal – for customers with a PayPal account; Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal Express – no PayPal account required; InstaPay, GCash, and Bank Transfer – currently available for Philippine customers only.

Philippine customers may pay in PHP only if using InstaPay, GCash or Bank Transfer. Convert your total payment due using our current store rate: 1 USD = ₱56 PHP. 4. Customs, Duties & Local Shipping Fees
- Import duties, taxes, and any related charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may still apply to promotional or “free shipping” orders.
- GLOWBOX KOREA is not liable for parcels:
- Refused or returned by customs due to unpaid duties
- Delayed due to incomplete/incorrect documentation
- Returned due to failure to follow import procedures
- Orders returned for these reasons are non-refundable.
5. Duty-Free Allowance (De Minimis Value)
We try to ship orders below your country’s customs threshold to help you avoid extra charges. If your order exceeds this value, please place multiple smaller orders. It is your responsibility to confirm your country’s import rules before purchase.

6. Address & Order Changes
- Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or unavailable recipients are non-refundable.
- Please double-check your full address and zip code before checkout.
- Order modifications are only possible before payment. Once payment is processed, changes cannot be made.
- Minor address corrections (e.g., typos or spacing) may be applied by GLOWBOX KOREA to ensure smooth delivery.
