Return & Refund Policy

At GLOWBOX KOREA, we are committed to delivering high-quality, carefully packaged products. We do not sell used or damaged items under any circumstances. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

1.  Return & Refund Eligibility
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@glowboxkorea.com as soon as possible to begin the return process.
Once your request is approved due to a verified issue, GLOWBOX KOREA will cover all return shipping costs and any applicable fees. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take approximately 2 to 15 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
⚠️ Please note: If return requests are found to be fraudulent or excessive, GLOWBOX KOREA reserves the right to limit or deny future requests at our discretion.

2.    How to Request a Return & Refund
To initiate a return, please email us at support@glowboxkorea.com with the following details:
•    Your Order Number
•    Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
•    If the item is incorrect, include a photo of the shipping label attached to your package
Incomplete information may result in delays or rejection of your request. Our Customer Support Team will review your case and respond with further instructions.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We are currently only able to process returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
•    The item was not purchased from GLOWBOX KOREA
•    The package was returned due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect shipping address, recipient unavailable)
•    The customer changed their mind after purchase
•    The wrong item was ordered due to customer error
•    The request was made more than 14 days after delivery
•    The product was used or intentionally damaged
•    The request is made to change color, style, or product variant
Please also note that we currently do not offer exchanges. Product colors may vary slightly based on your screen settings or individual skin tones, so we encourage careful consideration before placing your order.

3. 📦 Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order:
•    Contact us immediately at 📧 support@glowboxkorea.com
•    Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
•    We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly
Required Documentation:
To process your claim, please provide:
•    A clear photo of the shipping waybill attached to the package
•    A photo of the full box with the waybill visible
•    A photo and video of the affected product
Note:
•    Minor damage to packaging is not considered product damage unless the item itself is affected.
•    If an order is reported missing after contactless delivery, GLOWBOX KOREA will only provide compensation if covered by the shipping carrier’s policy.

Delivery Failure

GLOWBOX KOREA is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Recipient absence at time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Regional customs or delivery issues in the recipient’s location

These are treated as Remorse Returns and are subject to the same terms.

A. Import Permits & Customs Responsibility

As GLOWBOX ships internationally from Korea, import regulations vary by country.

The customer (recipient) is considered the importer of record and is solely responsible for complying with all local import laws and requirements. This includes obtaining any required permits, licenses, or approvals, and ensuring that all items in the order meet local regulatory standards.

GLOWBOX does not handle or obtain import permits on behalf of customers and is not responsible for customs clearance delays, additional documentation requirements, or shipment rejections by customs authorities.

We strongly recommend that customers check with their local customs office or regulatory authority prior to placing an order.

B. Lost Parcel

• If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 14 days to initiate an investigation with the courier.

• Customers must provide relevant evidence or photos to support their claim.

• A refund can only be issued if the courier confirms the parcel was officially lost.

• GLOWBOX KOREA is not responsible for parcels stolen or missing after delivery has been confirmed to the correct address.

C. Customs Tax Refusal

• If a customer refuses to pay customs taxes, the shipment will be returned or disposed of by the carrier after a deadline set by customs.

• Even if the customer changes their mind, once the parcel is returned or disposed of, no refund or redelivery will be provided.

D. Unreachable Recipient

• If your order includes an incorrect address or invalid contact details:

o We will reach out by email to request corrections.

o If the customer fails to respond within the shipping company’s time frame, the parcel will be returned or discarded.

• No refund or redelivery will be available in such cases.

4. 🔁 Remorse Returns (Change of Mind)
To start a return, you can contact us at support@glowboxkorea.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once our customer support team confirms the request, we will share our Korea return address. The refund will be issued once we receive the item back.
We accept returns for non-defective items under the following conditions:
•    Return Window: Within 10 days of delivery
•    For faster processing, notify us within 7 days of receipt
Return Costs & Responsibility:
•    Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:
o    Two-way shipping
o    Customs duties
o    Warehousing fees or other carrier-imposed charges
Return Labels:
•    GLOWBOX KOREA does not provide prepaid return labels
•    Buyers must arrange and cover return shipping

✅ Return Eligibility:
Returned items must:
•    Be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and seals attached and intact
•    Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
•    Include all branded components (e.g., dust bags, authenticity cards, samples)
•    Be returned from the same country as the delivery address
(Returns from other countries may incur additional import fees)
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
•    Sale items or gift cards
•    Perishable goods (e.g., food, drinks)
•    Sensitive personal products (e.g. beauty products, cosmetics)
•    Customized or personalized items
•    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
•    Products with short shelf life or diminished value
Note:
GLOWBOX KOREA uses raw brand-supplied data (images, descriptions). 
Differences in appearance or packaging are not valid grounds for return or refund. 

5. 💰 Refunds
•    Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by GLOWBOX KOREA
•    Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
•    Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

Refunds will not be issued unless:
•    All required return steps are completed
•    All documentation and product conditions are met
•    The return is approved by our support team
